Riley Joseph Martin (born July 7, 1980 in Detroit, Michigan) is a retired American professional wrestler, best known by his ring name Frankie Starr. He is best known for his time in Soul Wrestling Incorporated, where he is a one-time SWI World Champion, a record four-time SWI North American Champion, and a two-time SWI World Tag Team Champion (once with Rainmaster and once with Waylon Kenney).
