An away team report (also known as a mission report) was a standard report prepared by away team members from Federation starships on what occurred during an away mission. It included information on the actions taken by the away team members and also could describe the people encountered during the mission. In 2364, Beverly Crusher learned from an away team report that her son had been imprisoned on Rubicun III. (TNG: "Justice" ) After the Satarrans had deleted the USS Enterprise-D's computer memories in 2368, all mission reports were missing. (TNG: "Conundrum" )
