Eva Bearce (née Evans; 14 March 1881 – 12 October 1991) was an American woman notable for her long life. She was born in Sweden, Oxford County, Maine, as Eva Evans. She was the youngest of 12 children. At age 6, she started helping out with washing the dishes in the house. At age 12, she started cooking for the household when her father died. She died on 12 October 1991, at the age of 110 years, 212 days.
