Return to Nolaan after completing Castle Prevant. Use Rico to talk to Forgetful dog to learn of some scary creatures entering the Dragonbone Shrine. Search the shrine for an ogre and two Giors. The ogre will drop Ogre's Hammer, a weapon for Balbagan.
