New Town Retirement Home is a retirement home in New Town, Noble City. The home was build in 1956, and is still in use. It has a little park, apartment flats and individual homes. It's possible for family to visit inhabitants of the home. Charles Cartier lives here. The retirement home is unusual because it allows its inhabitants to take their old pets with them. With the company of their beloved dog, cat or goldfish the elderly are happier and have an increased lifespan.
