The 2007 O'Reilly 300 was a Busch Series event held at Texas Motor Speedway on April 14, 2007. Matt Kenseth blew a tire early in the event, but in a miracle saved the car from slamming the wall. Even more amazing was his recovery, blowing by Denny Hamlin for the lead with eight laps to go and narrowly holding off Hamlin for the victory. Carl Edwards finished 3rd and now held a history-breaking 403-point championship lead on Dave Blaney (25th). Stats
