Maybe in the far future, but not for a while, because: 1. * The PSP is smaller than the PS3, and the components required are, at present, too big and generate too much heat 2. * there is little advantage to having 'PS3-quality' graphics on a games console with such a small screen, which is miniscule in comparison to the screen you'd find on, say, your TV. There is a limit to how detailed the graphics could potentially be.
