by user Nolagal I admit to be a little politically naive, but can someone please tell me what is going on with this whole resolution? Are there any actual implications or is it just a CYA told- you- so move like when the judge says "your objection has been duly noted" I agree we have royally F'ed up the Iraq thing, but it just seems like a whole lot of words and no action trying to fix it.
