These items are labelled as Premium Character Modification items, because they can only be obtained through the use of Rohan Points (obtained by using real currency.) Unlike the regular Character Modification items available in-game, these items have a 100% or perfect success rate. Regular Character modification items available in game are subject to a "chance system", meaning they may ultimately fail, and you loose your item. Premium Character modification items available through the Item Mall will always succeed.
