The planet near Culematter is a settlement planet, populated by all sort of aliens (including Timol and Kroll), at first mainly creatures that could not bear their own planet or that were highly adventurous. As the planet proved to be a pleasant place to live, with gentle climate, word spread in all the galaxy that it was a "promised land" of freedom and equality, attracting more settlers. No one was ever allowed to assume a position of responsability and everybody was entirely equal. The result is that, after many years of settlement, the place is in utter chaos and its inhabitants haven't yet decided the name of the planet.
