Translation Instructions: Each language uses a real language as the base. To translate into the proper language, translate an English word or phrase into the base language and then encode it. If the translation has diacritics, remove them before encoding. If the base language has a different written script (e.g. Arabic = Kalahese) get the phonetics and encode them.
