Dr. Dome is a super-villain who faces Bugman in a comic book that Michelangelo reads in the beginning of Michelangelo Meets Bugman. Having believed to haves previously destroyed Bugman, Dr. Dome is shocked to see the hero alive. He then blasts Bugman with his "Raid-o-Gas Bug Bomb". Splinter interrupts Michelangelo's reading before the rest of the story can play out.
