Previous Social Democrats take Weimar (CYOAH) The Soviets begin in the North of Finland, and work their way south, making incredible time with the North's sparse population. The Finnish military, however, has had much time to prepare themselves at the south and when the Soviets arrive, the city of Helsinki is prepared for war. The Soviets lay siege to the city, and break through after a month, but it is by no means the end of the invasion. This trend continues in the next finnish city, and the next, until the Red Army has suffered too many casualties, and begins North, back to the Motherland.
