Hans Werber was a Human male who served in Starfleet in the early 24th century. In 2333, Werber was serving aboard the USS Stargazer under the command of Captain Daithan Ruhalter. During his service aboard the Stargazer he also became good friends with the ships chief engineer, Phigus Simenon. A few weeks later, Werber contacted Simenon aboard the Stargazer in an attempt to keep their friendship alive, but Simenon refused claiming that he not only betrayed Picard with his actions, but also Simenon.
