The Powassan Voodoos are a team based in Powassan, Ontario. They are based out of the Powassan Sportsplex. The team was founded in 2014 as an Expansion team in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League. The team replaced the Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League team in town; the Powassan Eagles/Powassan Dragons franchise had relocated to Parry Sound as the Parry Sound Islanders after the 2013-14 season.
