This technique is a B-rank fire release jutsu developed by Ryūnosuke Kawakami, after he mastered the use of the Great Dragon Fire Technique and used his Sharingan to copy the Water Dragon Bullet Technique from a Kirigakure shinobi. Ryūnosuke compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside his body and changes it into a large dragon-shaped fireball. He then "spits" out the large dragon-shaped fireball from his mouth and uses the concept of the Water Dragon Bullet Technique to manipulate the excess flames into a body for the already created dragon head. Once the body is successfully created and connected to the head, Ryūnosuke can use manipulate it with simple hand gestures to attack his target(s).
