The seat of power of Imperial Governor Barshnis Choard of the Shelsha sector was a palace on the planet Shelkonwa, the sector capital.The palace was located in Makrin City, the capital city of Shelkonwa. The palace had many passages that connected the Governer's office to the outside of the palace. Chief Administrator Vilim Disra also had an office in the palace with passages connecting to the outside. The passages made visitors able to enter without going through security.
