Samuel was S.T.A.R.S.' Medic, although he was attached to Charlie team, he was still responsible for the Delta members's well being. The back of his vest is different when compared to the other members, his sports a red cross in a white circle with EMT written above it. EMT stands for emergency Response Technician. He loved his girlfriend whom he studied with at college, he regularly calls her when he's doing nothing at the Police Precinct. He's also a caps fanatic, he always wears one, even his work uniform has one, its a black EMT cap.
