Brat-A-Rat was in many ways Prime Evil's right hand ghost. He resided at Hauntquarters with Prime Evil, often resting on his shoulder like a pet parrot. Many times he rounded up the ghosts for Prime Evil. He was also known for being the one to discipline a ghost that fails to fulfill Prime Evil's orders.
