The Merchants' League Counting House is a three-storey building located on the east side of the wall in Baldur's Gate Northeast. Gorion's Ward is sent here by Mendas to "obtain" the sea charts from Captain Tollar Kieres. If you break in before the sea charts quest, Jacil will greet you.
