The Tipton hotel is the hotel used in the hit Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. It is based off from the Tipton Hotel in Boston which is the story's location. In the series the hotel is owned my Mr. Tipton and his daughter London lives in the hotel. The two protagonists live there with their mom and other hotel friends such as Arwin, Estebon, Maddy, Miran, and Mr. Mosby. This setting was used from 2005 to 2009. In 2009 the series left the hotel and went to the S.S Tipton Cruise linner and the show was cancelled. The ship based version (Suite life on Deck) ran from 2009 to Summer 2011.
