Under the Gielinor that we all familiarize ourselves with, though not necessarily in tunnels, there is a war going on. One of the bloodiest and longest, I daresay, one that has lasted since before the First Age of Gielinor. Corpses litter the streets, the trees turn red- But virtually nobody knows of it. The faction known as the Eternal are the guardians, the ones that protect Runescape and all other key quadrants, are the ones who are direct emissaries of Saradomin and Armadyl. Many gods fight in this secret war, some not of RS, to gain supremacy over the many quadrants of Runescape.
