The Imperial repeater rifle was a blaster rifle developed by the Imperial Department of Military Research and the Imperial Engineering Corps. It was rapid fire and durable, and was originally created for dark troopers. However, it was later given to other elite stormtrooper and Imperial Special Forces units. The only problem was that it burned through ammunition quickly. During the New Republic era, the leader of the Core Triad, Sang Juntao, used a repeater rifle.
