Death In The Elevator is the 12th episode of the Final Destination television mini-series spin-off and was written by J. Mackye Gruber and directed by Rupert Wainwright. The episode concerns a group of seven youths and three adults who survive a deadly elevator collapse and find themselves stalked by death, and upon seeking out a particularly morbid mortician and discovering it's design they find they are connected to previous accident survivors of Death. The episode aired on April 30th, 2005 to good reviews.
