The Haircut Cycle of Shame is what Cory calls his routinely haircut proccess. After a haircut, his hair looks terrible for six weeks, then it looks terrific for one day; however the day after, he needs to get another haircut. Cory uses this knowledge in Hair Today, Goon Tomorrow to predict incorrectly that after going to a beauty salon, Topanga's hair would look horrible.
