The High Council of the Sorran Commonwealth is the governing body of the government. They make decisions, based on the good of the general populace, for the Commonwealth. Members of the Council are appointed by each clan's people and three members from each clan are accepted. The council members each own their own estate somewhere in their clan's continental territory. Every Council member also has his/her own squad of ERAD Commandos at their disposal for bodyguard duties.
