A loaded Karambwan vessel is created by putting a raw karambwanji into an empty karambwan vessel. A karambwan vessel is used to catch karambwan during Tai Bwo Wannai Trio. The vessels can later be purchased from Tiadeche's Karambwan Shop in Tai Bwo Wannai Village for 5 coins. It requires level 65 Fishing to use. The vessel can be used only at the karambwan fishing spot in eastern Karamja. There is a chance that the Karambwan will steal the Karambwanji without being caught.
