Senior Chief Petty Officer Leonid Fleischer, known throughout life as SPARTAN-144 or Codename: EGOR, was a highly skilled assassin and graduate of the original SPARTAN-II Program. Despite hailing from the most celebrated unit of the war, the socially isolated soldier spent much of his life in absolute secrecy.
