Jedi geologists was a term used by the Jedi Order to describe a Jedi Researcher who specialized in the field of geology. These Jedi Knights and Jedi Masters who studied as a geologists were all members of the Agricultural Corps, and were needed to assess the composition of alien crusts on recently discovered worlds. Their work allowed the seed-sowers and harvesters to best plan the farms and orchards that needed to be planted on the planet.
