Dana Wedermeyer was a Mesan citizen and was a highly placed Mesan Pharmaceuticals manager. Internal company memos, between Wedermeyer on Mesa and Mesan Pharmaceuticals field personnel on Verdant Vista were captured during Operation Spartacus. The memos expressed the concerns of the field personnel regarding the economic inefficiencies of the existing labor policies and were disregarded by Wedermeyer.
