Jim Foster is the protege' of Chris DeLion. Jim was trained by DeLion in 2005 while DeLion was visiting Costa Rica. Jim was attending a wrestling seminar in Costa Rica when the two met and DeLion took Foster under his wing. Foster is a trained wrestler with many title reigns to his name but he is more of a businessman. After DeLion left GWF in 2011, Foster got the call and became the co-owner of GWF and a Hardcore Champion as well. Jim Foster saw the demise of GWF and went on to compete in other companies but did not see his star rise again until he became the General Manager of NJPW: HOH.
