The following are the costumes available to Helena Douglas in the 2012 title Dead or Alive 5, and its 2013 PlayStation Vita port Dead or Alive 5+. At the start of the game, Helena has five different costumes, with two being available from the start and the remaining three costumes being unlocked through either Arcade Mode, Time Attack Mode, or Survival Mode. With the release of the downloadable costumes, Helena was given nine different DLC costumes, adding her total up to fourteen costumes.
