Kendrix Starfish is the Property Guard NPC of Nimbus Rock. Kendrix Starfish is horrified to see that the Maelstrom has overrun the Nimbus Rock property. He enlists players' help in clearing the property, telling them to smash the Maelstrom Generator that is spawning the Stromlings and rebuild it into a platform to reach the Imagination Orb. Kendrix promises players that, if they can clear the property, they might be able to rent it.
