Zunchan belongs to the "Okigaru Friends" and can be found ingame in HKO in London - to the right side of the London station of the Sunbright Express. Zunchan is a rebellious character who will stay true to his own way. He will even lay his life on the line for what he loves. The Okigaru Friends were devised by Sanrio designers in 1998. The names for the various Okigaru Friends members were decided by public vote that Sanrio organized.
