Haren Swifthoof is a level 19-21 elite tauren that can be encountered on the eastern side of the Loch in Loch Modan. Haren appears to lead his fellow Horde Runners, Gradok and Thragomm. His story and background is unclear, although he is likely a scout from Kargath or even Hammerfall. He may be related to Samantha Swifthoof.
