Steffi has the same facial structure as Kimberly Monif. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was blonde before it turned grey. Steffi's name is randomized when La Fiesta Tech is generated. The name "Prof. Steffi Trottier" is only referenced in the game files.
