Christopher Head (25 December 1869 - 15 April 1912) was a barrister, businessman and local politician in the Chelsea area. The fifth son of Henry Head, an insurance underwriter in the City of London, he was educated at the University of Cambridge before being called to the bar at the Inner Temple. He practised law until 1905 when he joined the family firm of Henry Head and Company as a director. A Municipal Reform Party member of Chelsea Borough Council, he served two consecutive terms as mayor of the borough in 1909-11.
