Gamma Hromi II was the uninhabited M-class second planet in its star system. This system was located within the Hromi Cluster in the Beta Quadrant. In the 2360s, this planet was the home to a Gatherer outpost. In 2366, the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D tracked the Gatherers to this planet. The Gatherers attempted an unsuccessful ambush on an away team from the starship, and a truce was agreed upon by both factions.
