A dose of the potion is believed to last for one hour. While the potion is in effect, for each lap of the Hefin Agility Course, either the cathedral roof shortcut will be usable, or there will be a light creature on the roof that gives you a reward. When a player logs out, the timer is paused, restarting after they log back in.
