Dr. Diminutive is a supervillain who appears in the animated TV series Phineas and Ferb. Like most of the villains in the show, he's a member of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. and is sometimes an ally of Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Dr. Diminiutive is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
