Avalon Style Kung Fu is a mixed hard and soft style martial art developed over many generations of the Avalon name. This unusual mix took many generations to develop the style; it takes the graceful defences and principle of using an opponents strengths from soft martial arts whilst not comprimising the physical strength, powerful strikes and speed from hard martial arts.
