Brody Mitchum is a civilian student at Union Wells High School and a minor antagonist in Volume One. In the episode One Giant Leap he attempts to rape Claire Bennet, accidentally 'killing' her in the process. In Collision Brody is revealed to be a serial rapist, a fact which causes Claire to purposefully crash his car, with him inside of it, in an attempt to stop him from raping again. He was Quarterback on the school football team, the Wildcats. This was until The Haitian cleared his memory.
