In the mirror universe Beverly Crusher was married to Jack Crusher and had a son, Wesley, but she resigned herself to being Captain Picard's mistress after Picard assassinated her husband, and served as the ISS Enterprise-D's chief medical officer under Picard in the Terran Empire's final days of a war with the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. Like most of the Enterprise-D crew she blamed Vulcans for the Terran Empire's misfortunes, and disowned Wesley for befriending Selar. She was shortly thereafter killed by Picard and Deanna Troi (The Gift).
