If you mean the Pinhead within the "Hellraiser" series of films, the only way you can kill him for good is to trap him in a place of infinitely circulating light (As seen in "Hellraiser: Bloodline"). Pinhead can also apparently be temporarily "killed" by another Cenobite creature, as is seen in the second film.
