Tebbin Bracegirdle was a Hobbit of the Shire.A whitesmith made good, Tebbin was one of the wealthier Bracegirdles. He traveled between Hardbottle and Wibbleham, dealing in quality metal and glasswork. Along with fellow Axbridger Cyril Blay he wanted to investigate a mysterious coffer secured by Priam Cadwall of the scholar's club known as the Axbridge Formidable Alliance.The Group believed the coffer to have originally been purchased in Harshport in Far Harad (And indeed the coffer housed several mysterious bottles and potions, two of them containing a dangerous blood-wraith known as the Kanemmekir, the other one housing a Bottle-Spirit named Cuce-Cebbar).
