Constanza Sheffield was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Republic of Haven Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, she served as Captain Bertrand Javits's executive officer for the Wolverine wing of Cimeterre-class light attack craft which attacked the Alizon System and destroyed the Tregarth Alpha mining facilities.
