The Black Council is a small group of fully reincarnated experienced players formerly with a large tier 5 alliance. We have players all over the world, so we are always available in either in-game or out-of-game chat. Officers are well versed in egg quickening and dragon hatching, reincarnation strategy, and gear and seal placement. Most importantly, we are a charming, witty, inclusive and diverse group of people who are great fun to know. We have several dragons ranging from baby to young to adolescent with several waiting to be born.
