Azumi Kaori is a supporting character in Naruto: Shukumei Saigen, she is a Chunin of Konohagakure who has taking up the role of the secretary of Konohagakure's Hokage as an extra way to make money besides her ninja career. She is shown to be a user of water-style jutsu and to be a master of her own special technique known as the Hand of Chakra Technique.
