Desert Underpass is a place north of the Fossil Maniac's house. It is only in Pokémon Emerald and accessible after defeating the Elite 4. Accessing the location allows the player to obtain a fossil. If they chose the Claw Fossil in the Mirage Tower, then the Root Fossil will be here. However, if they chose the Root Fossil, then the Claw Fossil will be here.
