Mary Baldwin is a mundane woman who is married to Jim Baldwin. She is the mother of David Baldwin and Karen Baldwin and the adoptive mother of Sean Baldwin. She studies archaic languages, presumably at the University of Miami. She and her family helped save Xanth from overexposure of magic dust by containing Happy Bottom after being stranded there. They traveled with Nimby and Chlorine. Mary helps Xanthians when they need to work in Mundania. She should not be confused with the other mundane Mary or the nametagger Mary.
